Tis' rainy season in the South, and as usual the past couple of days we have been drenched in rain with the ever present threat of tornadoes touching down in the area. We had a sorta-meet on Saturday, which consisted of my warming up for about a 1/2 hour before having to retreat into the IPF to wait out the thunderstorms. About 2 hours later we all found ourselves in the tunnel leading out to the football stadium because a tornado touched down 5 miles away.

Needless to say the meet was cancelled, so now 2 weeks until SEC's in Knoxville,TN.
SO EXCITED.
As I have said before, I am relatively new to the blogging world, and probably know only how to do the basics. My all time favorite blog Cupcakes and Cashmere gives me my daily fashion fix and Emily Schuman who runs the blog is the cutest thing ever. Well, I have found a new blog to follow as well INeedPrettyThings and they had a recent blog posting about cute rain gear.
