Late Night Swims, Hotdogs, and Ryan's

This weekend flew by! The team went to Tuscaloosa, AL for the Alabama Relays on Saturday and Sunday. We left on Friday afternoon and it was the longest weekend of my LIFE. On the way to Alabama we watched the Hangover on the bus (a movie that I have been meaning to see but never got around to it when it came out in theatres.) It was hilllllariousss! My dad even saw it before I did, and everyone was right it made me laugh so hard my stomach hurt.

Our team meal on that Friday night was at Ryan's...a new phenomenon that I have never expierenced before. Not a good idea either...I have never been a fan of buffet's only because I eat way too much when I am at them (which happened here except that bad thing is that it was the day before competition-->not a good thing AT ALL.

Moving on from that catastrophe...I actually did pretty well at the meet, much better than I have been doing all season at least in the triple jump. There was some good competition at this meet which I ended up coming in 11th place in, so I was pleasently pleased. i jumped 37'something, which if if by the end of the season I'm jumping around 38' and close to 39' then we will be good!! That's the plan...

I dont know how much more sun my face can take, its the weirdest thing because I usually tan so well on my legs and then my face is ghostly compared to the rest of my body. it's been weird but I guess being outside all day for two days will do that for you.

Pictures from the meet...
