I will forget this by the morning (hence I am blogging twice today) but I wanted to do a little part of my blog dedicated to Allison Osborn who is probably one of the most talented artists that I know. This girl can do it ALL. I'm talking paintings, sculptures, drawings, and shes added something more to her long list of talents...jewelry! Well, its not exactly a new things. She started a while back but I snatched up one of her necklaces this summer before they all sold out. She just created an Etsy account a while back so that she could go public with her jewelry and as far as I know it was a hit! Etsy is an awesome place for homemade everything...if you want something thats homemade but good quality is the place to go. They have everything from art, the bags, the scarves....its an awesome website. I've never bought anything from there but I can feel a purchase coming in the near future.
Anyways, she uses all sterling silver and semi-precious stones (jade, onyx, turquoise, etc.) for her necklaces and they are AMAZING. As I said before I own one and I love it because it looks great with anything I can manage to put together (and my fashion sense is...well lacking a little to say the least.)
