Goodbye to you, 2010!

...MY 2010 WAS...
fun, hectic, happy, stressful, crazy, sad, and exciting: traveling to Nashville, Chicago, Indianapolis, Dallas, Louisiana, Arkansas, Kentucky, dressing up in tacky christmas outfits, celebrating Saturday mornings with chocolate chip pancakes, dance parties in the kitchen to the famed "going out playlist", the John Mayer concert weekend, watched my brother grow from 6'3'' to 6'4'' , never been so thankful for my wonderful friends, lots of wine drinking and dark chocolate, new flat screen t.v, getting articles published, parents seeing the Grove for the first time, taking my first public relations class, triple jump personal records, the memorable Cotton Bowl trip, obsession with sushi continues, microwaving our Easter turkey,my last SEC football game, saying goodbye to our old apartment, completing my last fall semester at Ole Miss, watching old friends graduate and meeting new friends, spending a weekend at Nashville in the Opry Land Hotel, Criminal Minds marathons, Thanksgiving in Ohio and a Christmas full of hockey, enjoying the snowy days of Christmas break, an injury free track season, watching the Saints win the Super Bowl (yuck), missing my family, enjoying my last semester in the town I have come to love.
Whew. As you can see it's been a busy year and there's still so much that I want to do. I'm excited for the upcoming year as it brings us new challenges, joys, and lessons to be learned.
"God, grant us the...
Serenity to accept things we cannot change,
Courage to change the things we can, and the
Wisdom to know the difference
Patience for the things that take time
Appreciation for all that we have, and
Tolerance for those with different struggles
Freedom to live beyond the limitations of our past ways, the
Ability to feel your love for us and our love for each other and the
Strength to get up and try again even when we feel it is hopeless."

Have a Happy New Year, bring it on 2011!
