Giving Thanks

I have been on a little blogger vacation. Not by choice really, but I have been disconnected from the blogging/facebook/other means on communication for two weeks. I could get on here and complain about what a pain in the butt it was but honestly, it was a much needed break.

Until I upload pictures from the week at home, a list of things I am thankful for will have to suffice. It is, after all, the day that we are reminded of everything we are thankful for. So here it is..enjoy!

Family. I know how lucky I am to have a family that stands behind me no matter what.
Parents. They have to love me I guess, it's part of the package. But they are the kindest and most loving human beings that I know and without them. They would drop everything to be by my side if necessary. Not like they don't have a million other things to do.
Rob. Enough said, my little brother is my hero. He is everything that I work for and more. He is smarter than I am (don't tell him I said that), has a photographic memory that I am forever jealous of, and he is growing into the young man that I hoped he would become. And I love him for it.
Friends. I have been blessed to have so many different friends I don't know what to do with them all. Love them! And they love me for me, and that has always been enough. Through the quirks, the laughs, the tears, they have been standing by my side. I know that no matter when or where they always have a lending ear.
Health. Hey it's not perfect but it's pretty darn close. I love to wake up and see another day, for each one to me is a gift!
Oxford, Mississippi. My gift in disguise, where I have spent the past 4 years growing into the person that I will become. Too many memories here, both good and bad and I am thankful for them all.
Meeting people on this crazy journey that have made me feel loved and appreciated, and have helped shape me into the woman that I will become!

Happy Thanksgiving to everyone :-)
