Graduation Weekend

Even though I graduated from high school 3 years ago, every year when I go back it still remains the same type of weekend: hectic and busy. When the festivities conclude on Sunday afternoon, it is always a big sigh of relief for everyone. After staying out way too late on Friday night with a few friends, Ellen came in town around noon for a quick weekend visit. Whether or not she liked being here, though, is still up for debate.

Culver is alot to handle in one sitting. In fact, I think it would take someone a couple weekends to adjust to it. This weekend was overwhelming to say the least, and it seems like since Ellen got here to the time she left, we were not once off our feet. Meeting friends, drinking root beer from frosted mugs at the Rootbeer Stand, feeding the horses in the stables...all things we HAD to do. Poor Ellen...I hope that she enjoyed her brief visit and will come back sometime later in the summer when the atmosphere has changed.

For the third year in a row I ringed someone again! Since Alex is at Nationals in Eugene, OR she was not able to ring Waverly, so she asked me if I would be willing to do it. Although I didn't know her very well, things turned out amazing...I had so much fun and was so honored to help make her night so special and memorable!

My beautiful date for the weekend....very sweaty and hot at that point of the night :(

Cheers to a crazy but overly successful weekend! Caught up with alot of good friends, had too much fun, and got to spend it in the place that I love. What more could you ask for??
